Start Spreading the News . . . Every Monday, 6:00 PM Meet-up, 6:30 PM Sharp "Walk 'n Talk" Join us at one of the three locations: Jones Beach ~ Meet Frank Morrone at parking lot #6 near the refreshment stand. Sunken Meadow Beach ~ Meet Stephanie Edson and/or Maureen McDonald at the park office by the main red brick building. Long Beach ~ Meet Martha Nash and/or Cathy Northrop at the beginning of the boardwalk located off of Neptune Blvd.
It's FREE ~ no cost to you, and parking is FREE too!
It's also commitment free, reservations aren't necessary Just spread the word and tell a friend 'cause you will benefit in the end!
