Turning experiences from negatives into positives is a challenge which many of us struggle with.  Exploring perceptions and beliefs can bring about personal growth, security and happiness.  Addressing internal conflicts may resolve issues that often become symptoms of physical illness. 

On a personal note, my life has presented many adversarial challenges that enable me to understand and relate to my clients with first-hand knowledge of pain and suffering.  I am a twice divorced woman, and have experienced the pleasures and problems of raising four children, two from a blended family.  Immersed in daily dilemmas of the sandwich generation, I understand the anguish of circumstances out of our control.
